When Karen Vern Wheeler (now Fitzpatrick) was a girl, one of her favorite things was to be a camp counselor during the summer. Fast forward several years, and it should come as no surprise that she is still a camp counselor. Only this year, she took Camp Grandmommy to a new level - there were official camp t-shirts. Scotlen and Grandmommy had so much fun this year, I am surprised Scotlen even wanted to come home. Of course, her first words the morning after she arrived home were "I miss Grandmommy."
