Tylenol and Wonka Bars

After starting this week with a bang (the fair), the rest of this week saw a return to the mundane. But we enjoy our mundane here at the Reynolds household. Scotlen's main highlight was a trip to the candy store - can you say Wonka Bar?

Unfortunately, Jonas's highlight was the milestone of his first illness - a stomach bug. There was a lot of fussing, lazing around, and of course, other, more well-known side effects. I hope that our future blog posts can get by without further references to Jonas's gastrointestinal system. So far, we are 2 for 2, and the three people reading this thing just dwindled to none. Needless to say, we have seen a lot of this expression throughout the week:

Returning to a theme of the mundane, this week also marked the continuation of the painting of the trim in our house. Yawn. HOWEVER, the countdown is officially on to football time in Tennessee, and I know at least one fan who's ready. . .
